Refund & Return Policy

At SETTO, your satisfaction matters to us. We aim to ensure that every customer receives quality products in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes issues may occur, and we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
Skincare and personal care products (such as soaps, masks, shower gels).
Any item that has been opened or used.
If the product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us for a replacement or alternative compensation.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We’ll offer:
A replacement or store credit or compensation, depending on the case.
4. How to Request a Return
Email our Customer Care team at mysetto.shop@gmail.com with:
Order Number, Product Name, Reason for return, Photos (if applicable)
We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your payment was made in cash, the refund will be processed via bank transfer to the account number you provide.
(Cash refunds are not available to ensure secure and verified transactions.)
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
First, check your bank account or payment provider.
